continued.....

Proof that Steve was born to wild...
These beautiful rhododendron bushes were AMAZING...the big rhododendron festival is held shortly after we were there. Seriously amazing.

Steve feeding the seals........ I mean, Steve feeding himself?
We rented bikes and enjoyed the ride through down town, the coast line, and their famous parks.

My swinging pop-a-willy. this was at a famous castle of one of the earlier settlers. Just call me Ann. Ann of Avonlea. With a bike helmet of course. And jeans. And serious bike skills.
Go Steve. You turns my wheels! (get it?)
More proof we went to Victoria. This is the queen and me.
Beautiful building. Great stain glass windows inside.
This was our kicking hotel surrounded by water and right inside the bay when you come into the harbor.
The houses on water.
This was in Washington. Lisa does is look like La Push?
Canoeing in the ocean.
When the waitress brings you your dinner and says "just slurp it up." Buyer beware. Worst food experience for me to date. Steve was pretty tough with the oysters.

Famouse Pikes Peak Market in Seattle.

Check him out at the gum wall. Down an alley in Seattle.
We're on top of the space needle!
Graduation. Coolest graduation I have ever been to. There was a feeling of real accomplishment and pride between all the graduates. All the students were proud and happy to be there and you could feel true joy during the commencement. We made it!
Steve's study buddies and med school pals.

Henry in our new house. Our bathroom was being re-floored due to some flooding and so he got washed in the sink a couple of times. He usually didn't like it this much.
This is our new home we are renting in residency. Steves rocking fence. He put the whole thing up almost by himself. I am proud to say it is the best fence in the neighborhood, looks like an architectural masterpiece, and was a lot of hard work for him. Thanks Steve!!!

We have corn and wheat fields in our back yard with no houses in view. You can see the lake from our house. The views every night are breathtaking. These little ladies come by a couple of times a week and park it out back and watch the sunset. It has been a really fun perk to our location. We have loved it and look forward to the sunset every night.
Long day in the water. #1

Long day in the water. #2
July 4th parade.

Lindsey ran her first 5k and rocked it up!
After the run. I woke my kids up pretty early to go with me. They are such troopers.
Matthews family reunion.
Alisa was the favorite...it was well deserved. She is fantastic with kids.
At the top of the long hike at our reunion.
La...family. We made it!

The last stretch of the hike!
MAtt still has some juice left in him.

Chilling in the cabin.

Wow! That was truly a marathon post and I loved it! I laughed so hard at the second picture that by the time I got to the bottom, it was all a blur because those glasses and your face with the helmets were hilarious. I loved the graduation pics, vacation pics, and of course the reunion pics. Great job!
