At our stake's July 24th pioneer celebration, it was more like a carnival. There was a spinning apple, which Nathan insisted going on three times in a row. It made me sick just looking at it. There was pony rides as well. The hit for the kids was the cotton candy, kettle corn, and snow cones. They filled up. I wasn't sure how it went along with the pioneer theme, but we had a great time.

My brother is a good blogger

My brother Mark is quite entertaining. He's probably the best Dibb child at being able to tell a good story. He's also the best at posting blogs. Hopefully Lindsay and I will find time to post our own experiences, but until then enjoy my brothers blog about our beach trip by clicking here.

Our night away from home

We went on a hike near the resort. The kids started out saying they wanted to do the 8-mile loop. Soon they were begging to quit the 2-mile loop. In the picture below, Matt was trying to take a picture of all of us. As you can see on the left, Spencer was tired and hot and said, "I'm not moving."

4th of July

After the parachuters landed, the kids rushed down to claim the streamers from their chutes.

Nate's swim tricks

We have loved swimming everyday. It is pretty much all you can do outside here because it is so hot.

Best Friends

“Cousins are many. Best friends are few. What a rare delight to find both in you.”
Emma and Lily have so much fun together, yes they do fight sometimes but for the most part they love to be with each other.
Here are the girls doing crafts, they painted pictures frames and the made sun visors. We stripped them down so they wouldn't get paint on their clothes, so they got it on their faces instead.

We went to the zoo and the girls had to much fun, even though it rained. (if you read my blog you know that it always rains when we go to the zoo)

Thanks lil for being such a good friend and cousin to Emma, we love you!!!
