Happy Easter!

We had a fun Easter weekend. On Friday, the kids were out of school, so our friends from dental school came over for the day. We dyed eggs, had an Easter egg hunt in our back yard, and then went to the park. On Sunday, the Easter bunny came, but hid the baskets so well, it took the kids a long time to find them. Dad told them that when he was a kid, sometimes it took him all day to find his basket. I couldn't imagine, but then thought what a genius that Easter bunny was...keeping the kids occupied for so long :). It was Sydney's last day in primary--she turns 12 this Saturday. She gave her last talk in primary and it was a little bit sad for me. After church, we took our rolls and funeral potatoes over to the Coreless's for dinner and had a great time.

She turns 12?! Who let that happen? I cannot believe that it has been 12 years Sydney...in fact I just was telling someone you were 10. That is Aunt Lindsay being dilusional. The pictures are fantastic and the people looking over my shoulder at work keep saying. "Oh, what beautiful children!" We love you guys and are excited to see you this summer.

I know, right? Sydney is growing up so fast. Nathan doesn't really have braces--he almost knocked his front teeth out a month ago and Matt put braces on just those four teeth to stabilize them while they heal.

We are SO looking forward to coming home this summer. It is our one great vacation each year that we always count down to.
